Set up guide:

Start with the most popular set up - a soft comfort layer on the blue support layer and test for comfort.

Add or remove layers to get optimal support - especially in your most common sleep position.

Check if you prefer the feel of the memory foam comfort layers, use more if you want the softest feel.

Insert your choice of layers into the stretch cover. It may take a couple of nights to fine tune your set up.

  • The Underpillow is 70 cm x 40 cm. The height is adjustable from 2 cm to 10 cm.

  • Instructions and a link to video instructions come with the Underpillow. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to customise it to the height that is right for you. Most people settle on their ideal set up after a few small adjustments over several nights.

  • The stretchy cover of the Underpillow is machine washable. The foam layers can be hand washed, make sure they are fully dry before use. For convenience it is easiest to use the Underpillow in a pillowcase.
