All Mylevel Pillows are made in the UK by specialist factories and then checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of a fault please let us know and we will organise a refund or replacement.

Returns

We give you 30 nights to try your Underpillow. It can take a few nights to get exactly the right height for improved comfort. If it turns out to be unsatisfactory then email us at support@mylevelpillows.com and we will arrange for you to be able to return it at no charge and we will give you a full refund.

If you would rather organise the return youself, our postal address is in the contact us section.

If you do return an item then please package it securely and include the name and address of the person who ordered it so that we can issue the refund quickly. Returns need to be clean and undamaged.

It can take a few nights to get exactly the right pillow height. Once it is set up then your Mylevel Underpillow will give you consistent support for years.
