All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

4. Cancellations and Returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
