Mylevel Underpillows work with any standard UK size pillow (70cm x 40cm) or pillows down to 60cm in length. You may wish to try your Underpillow with various pillows on top to make sure you have the best possible set up.

Instructions (and a link to video instructions) come with the Underpillow. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to find the height that works best for you.

This Underpillow is made for people who sleep mainly on their side OR back. If you change position then our Combi Underpillow is made for you.

For convenience we recommend you use a standard pillowcase. The stretchy cover of the Underpillow is machine washable. The foam layers can be handwashed, make sure they are fully dry before use.
