  • Mylevel Underpillows work with any standard UK size pillow (70cm x 40cm) or pillows down to 60cm in length. You may wish to try your Underpillow with various pillows on top to make sure you have the best possible set up.

  • Instructions (and a link to video instructions) come with the Underpillow. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to find the height that works best for you.

  • This Underpillow is made for people who sleep mainly on their side OR back. If you change position then our Combi Underpillow is made for you.

  • For convenience we recommend you use a standard pillowcase. The stretchy cover of the Underpillow is machine washable. The foam layers can be handwashed, make sure they are fully dry before use.

  • We are a UK manufacturer so delivery takes 4 - 7 days from order. The courier will advise you on the day and timing of delivery.
