A Combi Underpillow works with any UK standard size pillow (70cm x 40cm) or pillows down to 60cm in length. A soft or medium top pillow gives you the best “dip” in the centre for comfort when back sleeping.

Instructions and a link to video instructions come with the Combi Underpillow. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to customise it to the heights that are right for you.

The stretchy cover of the Combi Underpillow is machine washable. The foam layers can be hand washed, make sure they are fully dry before use. For convenience it is easiest to use the Underpillow in a pillowcase.
