  • We know it can take several nights to get used to new pillows. There is a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. Simply contact support@mylevelpillows.com and we will arrange a free return and full refund. Goods need to be returned in “as new” condition.

  • Sometimes brand new foam which has been kept in a sealed bag can smell and does need airing. If this is the case then carefully remove the foam layers from the cover and leave them in a ventilated area for 24 hours, turning them occasionally. Keep the foam away from pets, it is not poisionous but if they eat it then it may cause them problems and you may need to consult a vet.

  • Mylevel Underpillows are 70cm by 40cm which is the standard size for UK pillows. The Mylevel Underpillow is 2cm to 9cm tall - depending on which you layers you use. The Mylevel Combi Underpillow is 2cm to 11cm tall - depending on the layers you use.

  • If you use all the layers the weight is less than 1 kg. This is lighter than most memory foam or latex pillows.

  • The inner foam layers are made from polyurethane foam. It belongs to the same family of foams that are used in sofa cushions, so it is safe and long lasting. It has been selected to be supple enough for comfort yet resilient for longevity. The outer fabric and the side panels are both made from stretchy polyester / elastane mix so the cover neatly fits whatever height you set up.

  • The cover is machine washable at 40°c and can be tumble dried or air dried. If the foam layers need cleaning then handwash them using a mild detergent, rinse at least twice and ensure the foam layers are completely dry before putting them back into the cover.

  • Yes, they are standard size and so will fit most UK pillowcases. When selecting a pillowcase there are three things to consider:

    • Avoid using slippery or shiny pillowcases as this may allow movement between your Underpillow and the top pillow.

    • For the Combi Underpillow a loose fitting or slightly stretchy case works best as it lets your head rest in a comfortable lower position for back sleeping.

    • There is variation in the sizing of pillowcases so if one is not suitable then try others and use the one that fits the best.

  • Yes, an advantage of being a UK manufacturer is that it is quick and easy to send any spares you need. In the product section of this website you will find spare sets of foam layers and spare covers.

  • Mylevel Underpillows work with any standard UK size pillow (70cm x 40cm) or pillows down to 60cm in length. You may wish to try your Underpillow with various pillows on top to make sure you have the best pairing for you.

  • At the moment we do not sell outside the UK. This may change in the future so follow us at facebook.com/Mylevelpillows/

  • In the UK it is illegal to make medical claims unless the product is an actual medical device. Try a Mylevel Underpillow for 30 nights, we hope that it does improve your comfort, but if it doesn’t then you can return it post free for for a full refund.

  • Firstly, keep hold of it in a safe place for a few weeks. You may want to alter the height of the underpillow and need that particular layer. If you have several spare layers you could order a pillow cover (from spares) and make a new Underpillow for a loved one or your spare room at low cost. Or once you are certain you have the perfect pillow set up you can repurpose any spare foam, this website has ideas on the recycling page.
