An adjustable underpillow lets you fine-tune your pillow height in 1 cm increments — to get consistent, comfortable support for any body shape.

Set up guide:
Start with the most popular set up - one soft comfort layer on one blue support layer (and your favourite top pillow if you use two pillows) and test for comfort
Add or remove layers to get optimal support - especially in a back sleeping position
Check if you prefer the feel of the memory foam layers, if so, reconfigure layers
Insert your choice of layers into the stretch cover. It may take a couple of nights to fine tune your set up.

Yes, if you want a low loft adjustable pillow a Mylevel Underpillow is suitable. We recommend you use one or two of the soft memory foams layers at the top for comfort.

The Underpillow is 70 cm x 40 cm. The height is adjustable from 2 cm to 10 cm.

Instructions and a link to video instructions come with the Underpillow. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to customise it to the height that is right for you. Most people settle on their ideal set up after a few small adjustments over several nights.

The stretchy cover of the Underpillow is machine washable. The foam layers can be hand washed, make sure they are fully dry before use. For convenience it is easiest to use the Underpillow in a pillowcase.
