Yes, if you want a low loft adjustable pillow a Mylevel Underpillow is suitable. We recommend you use one or two of the soft memory foam layers at the top for comfort.

The Underpillow is 70 cm x 40 cm. The height is adjustable from 2 cm to 10 cm.

Instructions and a link to video instructions come with the Underpillow. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to customise it to the height that is right for you. Most people settle on their ideal set up after a few small adjustments over several nights.

The stretchy cover of the Underpillow is machine washable. The foam layers can be hand washed, make sure they are fully dry before use. For convenience it is easiest to use the Underpillow in a pillowcase.
