Stack base layer, medium height pads and your choice of top pillow then test for comfort
Add or remove layers to get optimal support. Use your camera phone to check alignment
Check if you prefer the feel of the softer comfort layers, if so, reconfigure layers
Insert your choice of layers into the stretch cover. It may take a couple of nights to fine tune your pillow set up.

A Combi Underpillow works with any UK standard size pillow (70cm x 40cm) or pillows down to 60cm in length. A soft or medium top pillow gives you the best “dip” in the centre for comfort when back sleeping.

The Combi Underpillow is 70 cm x 40 cm. The height of the side sleeping areas are adjustable from 4 cm to 11 cm in 1 cm increments. The height of the back sleeping area adjusts from 2 cm to 8 cm.

Instructions and a link to video instructions come with the Combi Underpillow. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to customise it to the heights that are right for you.

The stretchy cover of the Combi Underpillow is machine washable. The foam layers can be hand washed, make sure they are fully dry before use. For convenience it is easiest to use the Underpillow in a pillowcase.
