  • Yes, front sleepers and back sleepers who want a low loft, adjustable pillow use it without a top pillow. The soft memory foam layers make this a comfortable option. Side sleepers normally use it with a top pillow to get the greater height they need.

  • The Underpillow is 70 cm x 40 cm. The height is adjustable from 2 cm to 10 cm.

  • Instructions and a link to video instructions come with the Underpillow. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to customise it to the height that is right for you. Most people settle on their ideal set up after a few small adjustments over several nights.

  • The stretchy cover of the Underpillow is machine washable. The foam layers can be hand washed, make sure they are fully dry before use. For convenience it is easiest to use the Underpillow in a pillowcase.
