Why some back sleepers choose an adjustable underpillow
Back sleepers use adjustable underpillows to achieve different goals:
A slightly raised position

The slightly raised position
You may need to raise your head slightly. As you can adjust a Mylevel Underpillow in 1cm increments you can fine tune your position to match your needs.
Both Mylevel Underpillows allow for this adjustment. If you don’t want higher sides then the original Mylevel Underpillow is the one to try.
To fine-tune pillow height
If you want a pillow that you can adjust to the nearest 1 cm in height, the adjustable underpillow can be used by itself as your main pillow.
The inclusion of two pressure relieving memory foam layers allows you to fine tune your comfort as well as height.
The supportive cradle
Some back sleepers use a Combi Underpillow without any top pillow. Their head is gently cradled in the dip in the centre of their pillow.
You can personalise the height of the dip. People use the higher side levels to rest their head as they read a book or check their phone.
